This house is designed to plan the central courtyard. It has an open concept and a large lateral garden. The house is built with big concrete wall. This aim is to protect the Casa Codina Residence from solar radiation from the west, also ends by opening the access area. To protect the west facade, a micro perforated aluminum material was chosen to ventilate it. The Casa Codina Residence also designed with the contrast.
