Great Architectural Concept of the Moon Bridge

Located at Kaohsiung City, Taiwan, The Moon Bridge is a great architectural work by architect firm JAJA Architects. It is a symbol of city, music and harbor. In other word, this infrastructure integrates a maritime culture with pop music center that is presented in an architectural work of a bridge infrastructure of the Love River, making a scenic landmark and a unified watermark.

The site of The Moon Bridge is Kaohsiung’s project plan to make a unified waterfront city. The architectural design divides the site in two part resulted from intersecting Love River. Apart from providing beautiful scenery, the river also gives protection to the city from the water. At the city spine are situated the urban space such as several markets, some cafes and music studios as well. All of these public areas provide potentiality of pop music district, maritime culture and also vice versa. The new center will become great entrance to the heart of the city.
