Facing a complex project where the house is also a workplace, A4estudio proposed an organized level where all the living uses and human relations are possible: relax, shelter, contemplation and work. In a topographic operation, all the family activities converges in a common volume that lands on the highest level of the ground and rises 2.5 m from the lowest part. This operation proposes the entry to the house underneath all these activities, stripping at this point the natural slope.

Penthouse by ALTUS Architecture

Minneapolis penthouse with views of the lake was designed by Altus Architecture + Design. Modern interior design space in the master bedroom with glass wall translucent overlay. Minimalist design idea with a strong character to make the Penthouse design more sharply. Interior design kitchen room consists of Cherry and glass furniture cabinets with stainless steel shelves and countertops to create the background, the modern style progressive interior to the edge of the interior living room with elegant modern furniture design.
